Hotel Directions

The easiest way to arrive at the Majestic Hotel is to fly into Sakon Nakhon Airport (SNO). The airport is really very close to the city, and from there to the hotel just takes 15-20 minutes driving. From the airport, visitors on average may take a taxi directly to the hotel, which would be cheap and easy to find. It may have a shuttle service which will not be known unless asked about hence worth asking during booking.

Long-distance buses are a very common and economic mode of transportation for travelers coming from other parts of Thailand. From the main Sakon Nakhon bus terminal, there are services to Bangkok, Udon Thani, and other major centers in the area. The hotel is only a 10-minute taxi or tuk-tuk ride from the bus terminal.

There isn't actually a train to Sakon Nakhon, but you could take a train from Bangkok to Udon Thani and from the Udon Thani train station take a 2-3 hour bus ride to Sakon Nakhon. Otherwise, if you’re driving, it’s super easy to find. It is situated on Khu Mueang Road, one of the main streets in the city center, and has the HUGE advantage of massive free onsite parking lot.
